2. PREAMBLE

These general conditions apply exclusively between MBReels and any person visiting or performing a purchase via the site www.mbreels.com.
Any Internet user can read the General conditions of Sale on the site www.mbreels.com. Since these General conditions can be modified, the applicable conditions are the conditions specified on the site at command time.

3. ORDERING PROCESS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. . The client can choose items coming from MBReels product set on the site www.mbreels.com, and add them to the basket by clicking the button « Add to basket ».

3.2. By clicking on the button « Order », the client makes a purchase offer related to the items stored in the basket and accepts the General conditions.

3.3. The order confirmation sent immediately afterwards via an automatic email proves that MBReels has received the client order but is not yet an acknowledgement of the client offer.

3.4. A contract is concluded only through MBReels declaration of acceptance, which is sent via email (purchase confirmation) to the client..

3.5. . If an ordered item is not available, MBReels reserves the right to refuse the client offer, which means that no contract is concluded. The client is informed about this by email.
Any amount already paid is reimbursed in this case.

3.6. If only a part of the items is available, MBReels reserves the right to accept the client offer only for a part of the items, which means that a contract is concluded only for the available items.
The client is informed about this by email. Any amount already paid for the non-available part of the items is reimbursed in this case.

3.7. In case, after the contract conclusion, the ordered items turn out to be not available, entirely or partially, for reasons not attributable to MBReels, MBReels is entitled to withdraw from the contract, entirely or partially.
The client is informed about this by email. Any amount already paid is either entirely reimbursed (in case of an integral withdrawal from the contract) or reimbursed at the price of the non-available items (in case of a partial withdrawal).
The client is not entitled to claim any additional repayment.

4. PRICE

4.1. All prices on MBReels web site are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (EUR) and in US Dollars (USD), and include VAT.
MBReels reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the order time.
The shipping cost participation is added during the order procedure.
The payment of the custom tax of the country in which the delivery is made must be made by the client.

5. PAYMENT

MBReels accepts the following payments.

5.1. ONLINE PAYMENT

5.1.1. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PostFinance Card.

No banking data is read nor kept by MBReels
The information flow directly to our banking partners who guarantee the card validity and have authority to refuse the transaction in case of problems (blocked bard or expired card, etc.).
MBReels works with PostFinance who offers optimal security of the banking data passing through MBReels site.
No banking data is stored by MBReels, and the data confidentiality is ensured by using SSL encryption (a padlock is displayed on the bottom of the browser window).

5.1.2. Paypal Payment

No banking data is read nor kept by MBReels.
The payment with Paypal system allows you not to communicate your bank details for each online purchase. To do so, you must create a Paypal account (on www.paypal.ch) and link your card or bank account number.
During MBReels payment confirmation, you will be redirected to a secured Paypal page, and you will have to enter your e-mail and password.
The amount will be automatically debited from your Paypal account.

5.2. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

The command will be shipped upon receipt of the bank transfer.
If no transfer is established within 5 days, and unless you cancel the order, MBReels will send an invoice along with a payment slip to your billing address or per e-mail.

6. DELIVERY

We deliver to all countries in the world. The parcel delivery is made by the Swiss Post or the international postal services. The parcels are shipped within 3 days after purchase confirmation.

6.1. DELIVERY TIMES

MBReels cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems attributable to the Swiss Post or a third party.
The delivery times indicated on the web site (See Delivery) are merely indicative but representative of the average times. They cannot, in any case, result in a form of compensation, refund or cancellation of an order.

6.2. DELIVERY ERROR AND APPARENT DEFECT

The client must ensure the proper reception of the parcel, including the full and correct delivery address information and the provision of a mailbox bearing the name of the recipient. In the event of a return of the parcel to MBReels due to a client’s mistake (for instance, wrong delivery address, unknown recipient, acceptance refused, parcel not retrieved from the Post Office within the predefined delay, etc.), the client is not entitled to any compensation.
The client undertakes to verify the product conformity at delivery time. Any delivery error regarding the order or apparent defect must be reported within three (3) calendar days following the delivery. After that time, the product will be considered as received and approved by the client, who will not be able to claim any more a delivery error or an apparent defect.

6.3. DAMMAGE AND PARTIAL LOSS

In case the delivered parcel is clearly and visibly deteriorated, the client shall be responsible for refusing the parcel in order to enjoy the guarantee offered by the carrier. The client must also inform MBReels immediately, so that a new parcel is prepared and shipped upon receipt of the damaged parcel. In such cases, the delivery times indicated in are no longer applicable.
The client must also refuse to accept any incomplete parcel or any parcel containing damaged objects. Otherwise, the client is not entitled to any compensation.

7. CUSTOMS DUTY

Any order executed on MBReels site and delivered outside of Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs duty at the destination point.
These taxes and duties are at your expense and are your responsibility. We shall not be obliged to verify and inform you about the applicable taxes and customs duty. To get information about them, we recommend you to contact your local dedicated authorities.

8. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

The items remain the property of MBReels until price paid in full.

9. RIGHT OF RETURN

MBReels provides the client with a right of return for a period of seven (7) days after the first delivery or the first item retrieval. The return is only possible in the condition that the item is always in its original packaging, free of damage and not used.
To claim his/her right of return, the client shall contact personally MBReels.
To exercise this right, the client must return (at his/her expense) the parcel to MBReels headquarter:

10. DATA PROTECTION

MBReels processes personal data in scrupulous compliance with the provisions of Swiss law on data protection.
MBReels collects, stores, uses and processes client personal data only in accordance with the provisions of Swiss law on data protection applicable within MBReels.

11. VARIOUS

11.1. If one or several provisions of these General Conditions shall be ineffective, this would not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11.2. Swiss law applies exclusively. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

11.3. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal proceedings is MBReels headquarter, except for disputes arising from contracts concluded with clients.

11.4. In case of disputes related to contracts concluded with clients, the jurisdiction is the domicile or headquarter country of one of the parties when the action was brought by the client, is the client’s domicile when the action was brought by MBReels.
